Dans cette saison 2 de Cœurs Noirs, le Groupe 45 des Forces Spéciales françaises est confronté à une mission devenue personnelle : libérer l’un des leurs, capturé par Daech. Alors que les combats contre l'organisation terroriste se poursuivent, la mission prend une dimension humaine et émotionnelle, transformant l'objectif initial en une quête de sauvetage intense. Ce groupe d'élite, mené par des personnages forts comme ceux interprétés par Nicolas Duvauchelle et Marie Dompnier, va devoir affronter de nouveaux dangers et adversaires pour sauver leur camarade, tout en naviguant dans un contexte géopolitique de plus en plus tendu.
