《四海潮味》是由蓝鸿春执导的大型风味人文纪录片以全球潮汕族群迁徙为背景，通过探访‘一带一路’共建国家的50个潮汕华侨家庭，呈现潮汕美食在全球不同角落的面貌 展现潮汕美食在不同地域的演变与融合。影片以美食为媒介，呈现潮汕人的文化风俗、生活状态及故土风味的传承发展 同时呼应汕头市对外推广潮汕菜的倡议
