BBC、FX将联合打造剧集版《远大前程》。斯蒂文·奈特(《浴血黑帮》)操刀剧本，雷德利·斯科特、汤姆·哈迪担任执行制作人，剧集共6集。该剧改编自查尔斯·狄更斯创作的同名经典小说，故事背景为1812年圣诞节前夕至1840年冬天，主角孤儿皮普(Pip)以自传式手法，叙述从7岁开始的三个人生阶段。
