Sky的《伦敦黑帮 Gangs of London》确定第二季制作团队，AMC加入作为联合制作方。 第一季主创Gareth Evans退居幕后，仅担任执行制片。Tom Butterworth接替出任领头编剧，负责4集剧本。Corin Hardy担任领头导演，执导其中4集，Marcela Said和Nima Nourizadeh分别执导2集。
